How can I return it?

You can pack the product you want to return with its invoice and send it free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo.

Our return agreement is only with Yurtiçi Kargo. You can return your package that came with a different cargo company with Yurtiçi Kargo.

If you want to ship with a different cargo company, Ehlibeyt Mah, Ceyhun Atıf Kansu Cad. You can send it to Ata Plaza Blok:B 100/6 Balgat/Çankaya/Ankara (Ekol Depo) with payment by the sender (by you).

In how many days can I return the products in my online order?

You can send the products you want to return to us within 14 days from the day you receive them.

Can I exchange the product I purchased?

You can make the products you want to change from our stores within 30 days.

In how many days will the Refund Amount be reflected to me?

Your refund amount will be reflected to you within 10 working days after we receive your refund. This period may vary depending on the bank and card you are dealing with. If you paid with an ATM (debit) card, the refund amount will be transferred to the relevant account by your bank. In accordance with the agreement, banks make the return of purchases made in installments in installments.

Can I return the products in my online order from the store?

Your online purchases are not refundable from stores.

You can change your online shopping from our stores within 30 days. The change you make from the stores is not exchanged/refundable.

What are the Return Conditions?

The product you want to return must be in a re-saleable condition, unused, undeformed and unmodified / unprocessed.

Returns are not accepted for products whose price, collar or inner tags have been torn off or cut.

Each product you send as a return is inspected by our quality control unit.

In case of a possible defective/wrong product sent to you, you can request a return or exchange it by specifying it on the invoice.

Can I return my overseas shopping?

Returns cannot be made for purchases made from abroad.
